Es un buen lugar en relación precio-calidad, está muy cerca de Arena MTY lo cual nos permitió movernos muy fácilmente, los lugares de comida también están cerca y es un lugar tranquilo donde puedes descansar
La habitación honestamente no estaba lo suficientemente limpia, el sillón estaba lleno de basuritas que ya tenía pegadas y estaba roto, también las puertas de la regadera estaban muy sucias y no cerraban bien, al bañarse se sale muchísima agua. Pero en general fue una buena experiencia, muy buena ubicación y precio. No tiene vista porque tienen anuncios publicitarios justo enfrente de las ventanas, lo cual me decepcionó bastante. Sí me volvería a quedar ahí, principalmente por la privacidad y la ubicación.
Superó mis expectativas, una vez que entras a la habitación te olvidas de los alrededores, es bonito, limpio, no guarda NINGÚN olor. En las fotos parece demasiado chica la habitación sencilla y no lo es, el tamaño es perfecto. El baño muy limpio, tiene cocina, frigobar, fregadero, estufa eléctrica y microondas además de WiFi 5G y Smart TV. A pocas cuadras está la estación del metro Del Golfo. Y el metro te lleva a muchos lugares de Monterrey y alrededores.

Muy limpio, lindas habitaciones y excelente concepto de ingresar con código. Además el personal super amable, no conocía el concepto y por eso no sabía cómo funcionaba, pero me explicaron todo e incluso vinieron en persona a resolver mis dudas. Servicio de wifi sin problema

Excelente lugar, todo está muy limpio, el clima funciona bien, el colchón está muy cómodo, muy buena ubicación, en la regadera sale agua caliente con buena presión, está muy amplio.
